A boutique hotel and spa called The Opposite House is to open in Beijing, China, later this year as the first in a series of properties from the newly-formed Swire Hotels group.
Designed by avant-garde Japanese architect Kengo Kuma and Shanghai-based designers Lyndon Neri and Rossana Hu, the small hotel will be located in the district of Sanlitun.
