Eagle Hills will open Bulgari Resort and Mansions in Abu Dhabi in 2030 with architecture by Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel
Bulgari Hotels and Resorts has signed an agreement with UAE real estate developer Eagle Hills to open a new property called Bulgari Resort and Mansions Abu Dhabi, in 2030.
The resort will be located on a private horseshoe-shaped island and will have a Bulgari Spa.
Off the coast of the Abu Dhabi Corniche (an 8km waterfront promenade), Milanese design company ACPV Architects (Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel) will create the resort’s 60 bedrooms, 30 villas and 90 mansions – as well as a purpose-built bridge to the mainland.
The most luxurious guest accommodations will be the 1,200sq m Bulgari Villa, which will have a 20-metre pool in its own landscaped private park.
Inspired by the Emirate’s heritage of craftsmanship and luxury, the property’s design will feature glass and gold. It will also have views of the Presidential Palace, the sea and the city skyline.
Another Italian firm, Land srl, will work on the project’s landscaping.
Wellbeing facilities
The project will include extensive dining options and wellbeing services, including a 2,000sq m Bulgari Spa, a fitness centre, a yacht club with a marina, a concept store and a Bulgari Dolci boutique.
Jean-Christophe Babin, CEO of Bulgari, said, “This project is a tribute to the timeless elegance and distinctive craftsmanship we bring to all our remarkable destinations.”
