Global rollout for Emaar’s new brand

The Emaar property group has launched a new hospitality brand with spa facilities called The Address.
The inaugural property, in the Downtown Dubai development along the Sheikh Zyed Road in the UAE, opened in October. The Address Burj Dubai features a spa with nine treatment rooms as well as an ice cellar and Oriental room where Thai-inspired treatments take place.
The Address will be rolled out over the next 10 years as either a hotel or resort concept with spa. It will launch in key locations in the Middle East, Africa, Indian subcontinent, Asia, Europe and the US. Details: emaar.com
