Motive8 completes high-end residential gym project

Health and fitness consultancy motive8 has unveiled a new 4,000sq ft (372sq m) residential gym and spa at The Lancasters, a luxury residential development overlooking Hyde Park in London.
Facilities at the club, designed by motive8, include a large gym fitted with Technogym equipment, a spa, 15m swimming pool, steamroom, sauna and separate treatment room.
Motive8 will be responsible for maintaining the gym, and is currently in the process of working with the property's management company Qube to develop bespoke training programmes for the residents, including personal training, injury rehab, massage and aromatherapy.
Nick Sadler, MD at motive8, adds, "In today's economic climate, being able to offer a premium gym and spa not only satisfies people's desire for convenience alongside luxurious living, but also provides the ultimate in added value for any residential development."
