It's quintessentially a New York building with attitude.
– Nancy Ruddy

Property firm Rockefeller Group has published new renderings of its Art Deco-inspired Rose Hill tower, the company's first residential project since its founding in 1928.

Designed by CetraRuddy, who have described the high-rise as an evocation of the "groundedness" of Rockefeller Center, Rose Hill will feature bronze-coloured cladding with stylised accents and comprise 123 studio to four-bedroom apartments.

Key amenities at the 45-storey property, which is taking shape on 30 East 29th Street in Manhattan's NoMad neighbourhood, will include a 15-metre pool, a squash court developed in collaboration with SquashRx, and a fitness centre designed by Fhitting Room.

Residents will also have access to a wellness sauna, a pet salon, an observatory, a library, and a number of garden terraces.

"There is a gutsiness about the Rose Hill neighborhood that is reflected in the design of the building," said CetraRuddy's co-founder, Nancy Ruddy.

"It's quintessentially a New York building with attitude."

Prices for condos start at US$1.2m (€1m, £947,000).
